Nevertheless, in 2021, the sector, accounting for 12% of regional employment, saw an increase in recruitment of around 13%. Today, the some 10,700 establishments in the region intend to continue on this path by introducing as many people as possible to their various fields of activity.
From 4 to 8 April, the Pôle emploi agencies offer job seekers in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur access to some forty events in the territory: visits to establishments, meetings with training organizations from health, care and social work, recruitment sessions and discovery of professions. ” We will offer them the opportunity to immerse themselves in these professions through the use of virtual reality headsets, role-playing in an educational apartment or even by participating in an escape game. says Cynthia Smaglo, regional expert in the sector.
Discover, train, recruit
With new perspectives, nothing is missing to entice the candidates and above all to immerse them in the heart of this sometimes unknown universe. And health and personal service companies are not left out: Pôle emploi is stepping up its support for recruiters by creating the Expertises d’avenir program, structured around 12 key economic sectors. Each Expertise d’Avenir is organized as a network of Pôle Emploi experts working closely with players in the sector from regional to local level. Objective: to respond precisely to their needs and offer them suitable job seeker profiles.
