RÉVEIL-MATIN. On March 24, 2022, PME MTL Centre-Est launched the first edition of a series of eight trysts between employers and job seekers, trying in its own way to reduce the binding effect of the labor shortage. operates in its territory.

They are even entitled to support from PME MTL Centre-Est “upstream in terms of best practices in talent management”, while 60% of businesses in Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie and Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension are struggling to fill their positions.
